The Nations, Nashville
Vintage South’s first commercial project, Stocking 51 took the former Belle Meade Hosiery Mill, which dates back to 1925, and transformed it into the neighborhood hub of The Nations. Now 150,000 square feet of restaurant, office, and retail space, Stocking 51 restored the original mill complex while integrating new and modern amenities.
Originally Vaughn Manufacturing dating back to the mid 1920s, Highland Yards will become a vibrant development of restaurants, retail, and office space located in the heart of the Highland Heights neighborhood of East Nashville. The original structures, along with floors, brick, and window frames have remained as the space has been meticulously restored to its original state.
Eastwood Village is a pedestrian-focused development in the heart of East Nashville. The historic Hobson Chapel was founded in 1851 and today the campus east of Gallatin Road totals more than 3 acres. The original Greek revival chapel was constructed in 1924 and is among the oldest surviving structures in all of Nashville and has been painstakingly restored to its former glory. Once complete, Eastwood Village will comprise 18,000 square feet of commercial space and ten residences.
LAUREL & PINE
Laurel & Pine is Vintage South’s latest project in East Nashville. The site will be divided into two projects: Vintage South will develop the adaptive reuse commercial component while JV partner Shelton McNally will develop the ground-up multi-family apartments. Together, they will make up the new Laurel & Pine development. The 23,000 square feet of commercial space will be the new neighborhood hub for office, restaurant, and retail tenants.
The Nations, Nashville
Located next to Stocking 51, Stateline will be Vintage South’s latest development in The Nations. The 3.5 acre site is the former home to Nashville Lumber Company, and once completed, Stateline will comprise of 93,000 square feet of commercial space. With a mix of historic and modern architectural elements, Stateline will be the next neighborhood hub for office, restaurant, and retail tenants in The Nations.
Charlotte Park, Nashville
If Charlotte Park is said to be the “next” The Nations in Nashville, then Breeze Block is destined to be the next Stocking 51. With 39,000 square feet of commercial space and 24 residential townhomes, Breeze Block will become the new neighborhood hub of Charlotte Park, bringing the first office, retail, and restaurant tenants to this centrally located neighborhood.
HQ at UPLAND PARK
Vintage South’s first foray outside of Nashville, HQ at Upland Park will be 100,000 square feet of commercial office, restaurant, and retail space in this booming North Alabama town. Developed in partnership with master developer Nicol Investments, HQ will be a ground-up new construction commercial building that relies heavily on breezeways and green spaces to feel like anything but a modern office building to its tenants and guests. Upland Park will feature additional multi-family and senior living.
