Vintage South’s team comes from diverse backgrounds including accounting, finance, construction management, engineering, and legal.


Nathan Lyons is the Founder of Vintage South. With a passion for creating new and reimagining old spaces, Nathan is driven to create unique and timeless residential and commercial properties. He has spent years working to do things a little differently, and is never afraid to take a chance and try something new. Nathan takes on projects that inspire him and that he is passionate about, and always surrounds himself with outstanding business partners. Nathan attended the University of Mississippi where he received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting and played baseball for the Ole Miss Rebels. Nathan is a member of YPO.


Andrew Moreton is the Chief Operating Officer of Vintage South. In this role, Andrew works on all aspects of the business, including commercial development opportunities across the Southeast, new residential home construction in Nashville and Franklin, TN, and golf course acquisition and management. Andrew attended engineering and law school at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where he received his B.S. and J.D. degrees. Prior to Vintage South, Andrew worked for the international law firm of Baker McKenzie in its Dallas office. Andrew is a member of the Phoenix Club of Nashville and Christ Presbyterian Church.


Connell Anderson is the Director of Real Estate Development of Vintage South. In this role, Connell is responsible for managing the firm’s commercial real estate site feasibility, due diligence, and underwriting for potential Office, Retail, and Multifamily development opportunities in Nashville and across the Southeast. Connell attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where he majored in finance and played on the Wofford Terriers baseball team.


Molly Simmons has been a member of the Vintage South team for over 8 years, where her knack for planning and execution make her essential to all day-to-day operations. Known for seeing projects to completion, Molly gets creative with resources to stay on time and within budget. Her unique vision for combining repurposed and new materials breathes life into otherwise ordinary spaces and has earned Molly the title of “D.I.Y. Queen” among friends.
